Vault / Firm

Built Like A Vault.

BDG Capital Holdings LLC is an independent principal investment and fiduciary group headquartered in Fontana, California — organized so that capital is never ambiguous about who holds it, who may move it, and on whose instruction.

The Structure

Five Chambers, Separate Keys.

Financial firms fail at the seams — where the advisor is also the salesman, where the custodian is also the counterparty, where the fee is hidden in the product. BDG was organized to keep those seams sealed.

Principal positions sit in their own chamber, separate from client assets. Advisory fees come from the client and nobody else. Fiduciary and custody functions operate under separate authority with separate audit trails. Market-infrastructure work is documented to the register and reconciled.

From the Inland Empire, we serve individuals, families, funds, trusts, estates, and counterparties across the country — anyone who wants their capital counted, not just collected.

The Standard

Four Locks On Every Door.

L1

Written Mandates

No position is taken, no fund managed, no asset moved without a written mandate naming the authority, the limits, and the review date.

L2

Segregation Of Function

Advisory, management, custody, and principal dealing are operationally separated — separate ledgers, separate sign-off, separate accountability.

L3

Plain Disclosure

Fees, positions, and conflicts are disclosed in writing before engagement — not discovered inside a product document afterward.

L4

Reconciled Daily

Positions and fiduciary actions are recorded to the register and reconciled. The ledger is the truth; the vault follows it, not the other way around.
